Balsam Holiday Session 2026: $550, 20 minutes of photography, and a full edited gallery of 20–30 images delivered within 7 days of your session.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrival uses only the time remaining in your scheduled camera time. Each session includes one outfit and one assigned location. Needs that may exceed your selected duration or studio space must be reviewed with Emily before booking.

You may move your appointment once to another available 2026 holiday-session slot with at least 48 hours' notice. Emily handles illness and weather arrangements.

Client cancellation and no-show payments are nonrefundable. If ESP cannot provide your session or an agreed alternative, you will receive a refund.

Your chosen payment option and original schedule are shown at checkout and on your receipt. Your session is confirmed once your initial payment, agreement, and assigned appointment are complete.

When will I receive my photos?
Your full edited gallery of 20–30 images arrives within 7 days of your session.

How do payments work?
Pay $600 in full, $300 today and $300 one month later, or $200 today followed by two monthly payments of $200 ($600 total). Your chosen schedule is shown at checkout.

Arrival and session details
Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you arrive late, we’ll use the time remaining in your scheduled session. Each session includes one outfit and one assigned location. Please check with me before booking if your group or other needs may exceed the session length or studio space.

Can I move my appointment?
You may move once to another available 2026 holiday-session slot with at least 48 hours’ notice. If illness or weather affects your session, I’ll work with you on the next step.
